I’m Ingrid Gunnell.
I grew up in Glendale, went to our public schools, and raised my family here. My sons graduated from Hoover High School.
I have spent 25 years working in classrooms as a teacher and advisor. I’ve worked directly with students, supported teachers, and stood alongside families navigating our schools.
Today, I serve as President of the Glendale Unified School District Board of Education.
I know what’s working. I know what isn’t. And I know how much is at stake.
I’m running for re-election because this work matters and it’s not finished.

Why This Race Matters.
Voters in Area B are choosing between someone who has spent 25 years working in classrooms as a teacher and advisor, and someone who has spent years in politics.
That choice matters.
Our schools need steady leadership, real experience, and someone who understands what happens in classrooms every day.
